- Photographed invoices and receipts are read: amounts, supplier and description pre-filled.
- Bank reconciliation suggests matches and learns your rules; a recognised customer transfer settles the invoice.
- Customer reminders are prepared; you decide whether to send them.
- The accounts are checked every day and any anomaly is flagged.
With AI agents
An agent — an AI assistant such as Claude, for example — can receive an access key to your project and work in 9 areas: CRM, messaging, accounting, invoicing, payroll, stock, mandates, planning, settings. It prepares: draft entries, invoices, payslips, time entries, replies to Instagram messages, a forecast from a business plan.
It can never validate, issue, send or pay. Every action is logged.
Simple by default
A craftsman does not need the same functions as a distributor. In BeMyTalent, orders, deposits or margins switch on when you need them, and nothing is shown until you have asked for it. Switching a function off never destroys anything.

BeMyTalent is designed and operated in Switzerland; data is hosted in the European Union. Automatic document reading uses specialised services. Each project's data is partitioned, rights are set person by person (19 permissions), and your data remains viewable and exportable even without an active subscription.
If your data must not leave the company, we offer a custom solution installed on your premises.

How much does it cost?+
One subscription covers one company. Three plans according to size (volume of documents read and number of employees on payroll), all modules included. Planning is free and unlimited. Trial without a card until the end of the month following sign-up. Prices are on bemytalent.com.

BeMyTalent imports your Bexio history over several financial years, or can keep pushing entries to Bexio if you want to keep it as the reference.
Do we need accounting training for payroll?+
No: the set-up starts from the documents you already have (AHV statement, accident insurance policy, pension contract). For complex cases, the fiduciary remains the reference, and the tool says so.
Is there a mobile app?+
Yes, on iPhone, iPad and Android: photograph an invoice, scan a document, follow your figures.
