An AI installed in your company, without the cloud
The language model, the database and your business data run on a machine in your premises. Here is what we install, how your teams access it, and how to choose between local and cloud.
Why install the AI at your premises
Consumer AI tools send every question, and the documents attached to it, to servers abroad. For a sales department, that means customer history, prices and negotiated terms. Installing the AI on site removes that flow: nothing leaves, and you know exactly where your data is.
What is installed
- A dedicated unit, the size of a small desktop computer, with a graphics card suited to the chosen model
- An open language model, run locally, sized to your volume and languages
- A database that keeps the history, the searches and what the copilot has learned about your business
- Connections to your existing tools: ERP exports, chat history, e-mails, product sheets
User access and monitoring
The application is reachable from your network, with one account per user. Monitoring only exposes a few technical indicators — is the service responding, how fast, under what load — never the content of conversations or customer data.
Availability and alerts
We measure the share of time the service responds, and we are alerted before your users if something stops. The unit is designed to restart on its own; backups stay on your network.
Updates
The copilot improves every week with its users' feedback. Updates are tested on your data before being installed, and every version can be rolled back. Language models evolve fast: we replace them when a better model fits on the same hardware.
Local or cloud: how to choose
Local is the answer as soon as data is sensitive or contractually protected: customer history, prices, drawings, health data. The cloud remains relevant for tasks without confidential data or for a one-off load peak. We decide at the mapping, process by process — and a local copilot can stay local even if other uses go to the cloud.
Frequently asked questions
What hardware is needed?+
A dedicated unit installed on your network, with a graphics card suited to the model. We size it at the mapping according to your volume; it belongs to you.
Who administers the machine?+
We install, monitor and update. Your IT keeps physical and network access, and receives documentation of what is running.
What happens if the machine fails?+
The service stops until the unit is restarted or replaced; your data is in the backups, on your network. Your teams go back to their usual tools in the meantime: the copilot suggests, it does not replace.
